The government process for renewing your membership has changed a lot since you last applied, but it’s easy to renew your membership with our fast and easy application form. You can renew your membership up to a year before your old membership expires. Just fill out the application form and we will check and process your data, then we will submit it to the government and pay the fee for the background checks. You’ll even get to keep the same PASSID membership number. Even though you’re already a member, your details may have changed, so you will have to go through all of the same checks as when you first applied. If your information is the same as when you first applied, you probably won’t have to attend an interview. Renewal applicants requiring an interview can now set up an online interview with a CBP agent.
As we said, we’re not the government and we are not affiliated with any government agency. We comprehensively check and process your application for you. This means that we set up the complicated secure login process on the government site, which saves you lots of time. We also submit your application to the government database and offer assistance throughout the application process. You won’t get this assistance from the government.

If you make a dispute or chargeback, you’ll be waiting 14 days to get a result.
