We submit your application to the government for free but we charge a fee for our application checking and processing service.
You can, of course, apply yourself directly with the government, but be aware that you will not get the guidance and support that you can get from our service.
If you choose to use our application checking and processing service, you must pay the following costs.
One cost is the fee we charge for the service we provide and it has to be paid to our payment provider. The other fee is for the government’s background checks and issuance of your physical membership card. This fee is paid on your behalf directly to the US government using the card details on your form. This fee cannot be refunded.
$154.99 Service fee for checking and processing your form. Payable on our website by clicking the payment button once you have submitted your application.
FREE - We offer free submission ot the government once we are satisfied that your application is complete.
$100.00 Background check fee and for the issuance of your physical membership card. Payable directly to the US government using the card detailed on your form.
$254.99 per application (this fee also applies for child applications).
Your child must apply to join the program if you want them to use the priority kiosks with you.
Children must also attend an interview and pay the same price as an adult for the background checks.
Children must have their parent or guardian’s consent to join.
We are a paid-assistance service specializing in Trusted Traveler form filing. It’s important to note that we are not the United States government and that we are not affiliated or partnered with the government or any U.S. agency.
Your interview will last for 30 minutes. It will be conducted by an officer from border patrol.
At your interview you will need to give biometric data to join the program.
A picture of your face will be recorded so that you can be recognized using facial scanning technology.
Your fingerprints will be recorded using a non-invasive, inkless technology.
This allows machines at the airport to recognize you and match your image with the one in your passport.
Biometric data is helping the fight against fraud, terrorism and crime.
As we said, we’re not the government and we are not affiliated with any government agency. We comprehensively check and process your application for you. This means that we set up the complicated secure login process on the government site, which saves you lots of time. We also submit your application to the government database and offer assistance throughout the application process. You won’t get this assistance from the government.
We aim to save you time and stress with government procedures. We provide email help and we aim to answer your questions within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence or speed up your application process.
If you’re not happy with the service that we provide all you have to do is reach out and ask for a refund.
Just send us an email with your name and the word ’refund’ in the header and we’ll get straight onto it.

If you make a dispute or chargeback, you’ll be waiting 14 days to get a result.
Be mindful that we cannot refund the government fee of $100.00
